Very disorganized

I love the staff.amazing place.have a few critiques. Always loud tv or music..and the food is so cheap and awful.my auntie has been a vegetarian all her life and my mum asked the manager about this and she said my auntie likes meat?

What a beautiful care home. An amazing setting. Looks like people live in downtown abbey. A caring environment with lovely people caring for them

Words are unable to express how this care home changed my mums quality of life. She was once very unsociable grumpy and very lonely. Now I visit her at the home and watch her laugh and interact with others . She is now very happy and content and very sociable 😘 the home is always clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming x

A beautiful home with the most helpful friendly staff!

Been here a handful of times to see family and I must say the hard work and dedication by the staff makes it feel like one big family. The event team has changed a few times but the events that I have been able to go too in order to support those in care have been fantastic. Karaoke out in the garden with lunch and seeing all the happy smiles makes it worthwhile. The home itself has always been clean and maintained well, staff are always present and happy to help.
