Very friendly service and always have what we need, when we need it. This is our go-to should we need an extra van for our fleet, last minute or otherwise.

hidden costs and ex VAT means that they are misleading and not competetive. Post return charged me nearly £40 claiming that the tank was not topped up on redelivery. Although it was double clicked. and they could get £10 in it but charged £24 "expenses" Not helpful in resolving the issue. Misleading and deliberate con as the van was double clicked as requested.

Really helped us out with a van rental, following a failure from another hire company, quick and easy to deal with, great remote return system, deposit refunded quickly after a few days, well worth using.

Hired a van for helping my mother move. Unfortunately tthe van we collected had been broken into the previous day but the chap explained what had happened and was apologetic so no problems there. Hiring process was smooth and the van worked absolutely fine. Great price and because the previous customer of the van hadn't filled up, the chap told me to just fill it up with approximately the same level of fuel. Overall great service and would use BTL rentals again!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Booked a Luton van for hire, arrived to collect and told that there are no Luton vans available. Advised to go to another van company at the very last minute and told this will be an extra cost to us. BTL (specifically an individual named Dan) did not offer to cover the extra costs and appeared not to care about a mistake made on their part. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend, unless you wish to be let down at the last minute.

I couldn’t fault these guys and their amazing turnaround when I needed to hire a big van to move out my flat. Professional from start to finish and managed to even give me one of their newer Luton vans. Very prompt, friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely recommend!

Called up last week to rent a Transit for a couple of days because I was moving out. Moving out is a stressful process but the process with BTL was easy as could be! Professional, reliable and friendly! All of this with extremely honest and upfront competitive rates. Most definitely will be using again.
